Electronic Reserves Help

Software Requirements | Search the Reserves Catalog | Login with your PIN | Submit your Request |

Software Requirements
Netscape Navigator (version 4.5 and higher) or Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 4.01 and higher) should be used for viewing and printing electronic reserves material. AOL users should login to the internet through AOL, then minimize their AOL window and bring up Netscape or Internet Explorer to view or print electronic reserves material. Unfortunately, there is a problem accessing Electronic Reserves using Safari on Mac computers. We are aware of the problem and working to resolve it as soon as possible. Until we resolve this issue, we recommend logging to "My Account" first or using other web browsers like Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox to access E-reserves.

Electronic Reserves material is scanned using Adobe Acrobat. This pdf format allows both PC and Mac users to view and print electronic reserves material. Download a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
