Link+ Pick-ups & Returns
- Pick-up notices are sent by email or phone call, depending on if the Library has your email address.
- You can monitor the status of your Link+ requests online:
- Log in to your library account and select the link to, for example, 2 requests (holds). Link+ requests are included along with normal requests from the King Library and SJPL branches.
- When the status of a Link+ request changes to "Link+ RECVD," the item is ready for pick-up. Call the King Library Call Center at (408) 808-2000 if you need staff assistance with your Link+ requests.
- Items can be ready for pick-up as quickly as 4 days after the request. If no copies are currently available, or if you are picking the item up at an SJPL branch, it may take longer.
- Pick up Link+ items at the Circulation Desk of the King Library or at your specified SJPL branch.
- Items will be held for pick-up for 10 days. If not picked up, items will be returned to their home library.
