LibQUAL+ Service Quality Assessment Results, Spring 2009
|
|
In spring 2009 the San José State University (SJSU) Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library (King Library) administered a national survey, LibQUAL+, inviting feedback from SJSU faculty, staff and students regarding their satisfaction with library services, facilities, and collections.
This was the first time that the SJSU Library participated in the LibQUAL survey. By using a national survey instrument, the SJSU Library can compare its own results with other university library peers. In spring 2009, five other CSU Libraries also conducted LibQUAL surveys at their campuses; peer comparison data from these libraries will be available in fall 2009.
Who participated in the survey?
How satisfied is San José State University with the Library?

Special Thanks for Najvit Brar at Cal Poly for providing a model for LibQUAL assessment.
