Whether you want to trim your waistline, express yourself or have fun, Zumba has something to offer you! Zumba is a type of dance fitness that incorporates Latin rhythm and is the craze all over the world. Please wear comfortable shoes, bring water and a towel, and be prepared to have a lot of fun as our great instructor Connie leads you through the steps. This program is for ages 7 through adult.
